    Great thread and I just submitted 4 new recipes - will post links when they post. But, I think this is too funny - I just submitted all of them within the last hour and it says that they were submitted 36 YEARS 11 months ago!! icon_lol.gif

    "Eggnog" I was one of those who didn't like eggnog because I had only tried store-bought egg nog. Since then I've tried this recipe which is non-alcoholic and uses ice cream. Yum!

    Creamy Eggnog Cheesecake
    I LOVE eggnog, but it's so rich. And since I live alone, even a quart gets some waste. Maybe this cheesecake will make it last longer. This cheesecake can also be made with Splenda granular for a sugar-free version.

    Eggnog Muffins 1982 is the only recipe that I have posted, but they are good with a warm cup of hot chocolate to warm up those carole icon_wink.gif rs.

    Here's a "diabetic" cheesecake. It has less than 1 gram of sugar but it's certainly not low in fat.
