Gluten-Free Molasses Cookies - Looking for a Recipe

    Sun Nov 05, 2006 10:34 pm Groupie
Anyone have a tried and true recipe for gluten-free molasses cookies? I've been craving them and don't really want to spend time trying different recipes or trying to figure out which one will work best with a flour substitute. Thanks!

I have a good recipe for gingerbread... I am not sure what a molasses cookie is, but are they similar? If so, I can post it.
