    wow! I am so sorry to hear that you are allergic to soo many things =(
    I am allergic to soy, shellfish & mold. I am staying positive though but I can't even imagine your allergy plus lactose intolerance!! Thank you for your positive post, I am glad you are staying so positive icon_smile.gif Those of us with fewer allergies truly are "lucky"

    I just found out on Tuesday that I am allergic to soy, dairy, eggs and every mold, tree and grass - I guess I will get skinny and no suntan this year LOL

    Frito Lay's products are almost all soy free

    The sun is good for you but some can't take it because they are unhealthy from eating allergenic foods and that is why they burn. There doesn't have to be grass in the sun (beaches)..
