Looking for recipe

Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster

I lived in an apt complex about 6 years ago with an Iraqi neighbor. She made the most delicious rice and chicken. I have searched Zaar and cannot find anything that looks close. The rice was lemony and kind of cheesy. It looked like she put it in a bowl (like a mold) and then flipped it over and then she put thin slices of lemon on it as garnish.... the chicken was very spicy and very red.... it was so long ago, I don't remember if it was tomotoes or not, but I know it was just chicken, potatoes and red sauce/juice... was SO delicious. I intended to get the recipe from her but they were only temporarily placed there and were gone before I could ask.... Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
