    I have some fresh no boil lagana strips in the freeze since Easter are they still good?

    That's a long time to be in the freezer, but they may still be okay. Defrost and cook a piece of one and taste it. There's nothing in fresh pasta that's going to give you food poisoning if it's been frozen, but they might be a little off in texture.
