I truly love Italian food, especially........all of it. But, the newest recipe that I have tried about 3 months ago was
Jo Mama's World Famous Spaghetti.
I have always made my own sauce and for some reason or other I was getting tired of it. It seemed to be watery at times when you put it on the plate with the pasta. I always made it the same but....! Then I started trying other sauces and couldn't come up with one I was happy with, until I tried Jo Mama's. My husband and I both loved it. And it STICKS to your pasta. It doesn't run around your plate in semi-liquid. It always comes out the same and tastes the same. Of course, I do follow the recipe except I put in half hamburg and half Italian sweet sausage (it calls for all sausage). It is very thick and yummy. Even my daughter who isn't crazy about tomato sauces, likes it. She has even made it and invited us over for supper (she used all sausage and it was still great).
So at this moment I can say that is my favorite even though I love it all--and I'm not even Italian.
