This one looks good. I've saved the recipe myself, but I'll have to sub the eggs :

Hey thanks Bearhouse, as usual you are able to find things at your fingertips. I think I would have to go to a lot of trouble to get the Orgran GfG - do you know what a sub might be? will try one of the others in the meantime and let you know how they turn out.
    Thanks

It looks like the GFG is in there to bind it all together. If you can use eggs, then that may do the trick, or perhaps a little gum. I'm thinking of trying the Potato and Pumpkin Gnocchi for dinner. I'll let you know how it goes.

I made the Poatato and Pumpkin Gnocchi for dinner tonight.

    http://www.abc.net.au/canberra/stories/s1474146.htm

I subbed vegan parmesan for the parmesan and 4 tsp egg replacer powder for the egg. I also use a mix of brown rice flour and besan (chickpea flour) (about 3:1 ratio) in place of the white rice flour for added goodness and flavour. They held together perfectly and everyone seemed to enjoy them. icon_biggrin.gif
