Leg of lamb Dinner

I love to serve a lamb dinner (as long as you know they Love lamb) so here goes. There were 5 for dinner so you may have to adjust some of the recipes:

Dinner was served with a crisp white wine (I like Larch Hills "Ortega", this is a local prize winning wine)

This is a big dinner and fairly expensive (Lox & Lamb)but it is usually enjoyed very much, Also I spread the dinner over a period of time from 6pm for appetizers then dinner from 7pm until 8:30 and serve dessert around 9pm.
