I have TON of tilapia in my freezer- Just love it! AND there was a great sale!

I have several recipes that I really enjoy but I love to discover new ones!

I haven't posted this yet or even looked to see if theres a similar recipe.... but I lighty season my talapia with Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning squeeze a little fresh lime juice on it (let it marinate while pan gets hot) and Pan Fry over MedHigh heat in a tiny bit of light olive or canola oil and serve with Pico de Gillo and Spanish rice, and salad &/or sliced avacado.

I recently tried both of these recipes from our Zaar buddies and they were fabulous! I think Tilapia would be a great fish to use for these.

I first came upon the tilapia parmesan on a rival recipe site, and I was skeptical... but it has become one of my family's favorite ways to eat fish!!! I can vouch for that one!! It is delish!
