Cool! I also grew up with seafood as a staple- eat what you catch, but it was usually blue claw crabs. I can't eat them and not think of my Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Dawnab I have been receiving e-mails on this thread. Thinking I could pick up some recommended flounder & perch recipes. Two fish we do have available here. For the life of me I could not understand what was going on.
