Can you help me? I am having trouble selecting from all these wonderful menus and recipes--
Is there a hands down favorite menu you do for company- that everyone always seems to rave about?
I used to do Sprimp Primavera, store bought fresh bread, wedge salad & rich dessert -either Italian cream or carrot cake, but I want to try something new.

It depends. For an inside-cooked meal,
Roast Beef, English Style
Best Roast Potatoes Ever
Kittencal's Beef Gravy
Glazed Carrots With Peas or
Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cake with
Seafoam Frosting or
Cider Apple Pie and vanilla ice cream.
Red wine with dinner, coffee with dessert.
For an outside cooked meal,
1 1/2" thick top sirloin grilled on the BBQ to medium rare
Twice Baked Potatoes
tossed salad
dessert of the day

I may be late for this response, but I have 5 different go to menus that I use for company when I am late, or have no time. Sort of a go to - which everyone enjoys. I use these for catering as well.
I have recipes for all if you want. I just thought I would see what you liked first.
