I've got a few pounds of haddock fillets. I have a few ideas in mind, but I thought I'd ask the seafood-lovers in this forum for some of their favorite haddock recipes. icon_biggrin.gif Whatcha got?

    Hey there!

Cut a few slits in the haddock; add lemon juice, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and few pats of butter.....in that order.

Broil it for 7 minutes; turn over, do the same thing to the other side and broil again for 7 minutes.

Serve with browned butter on side.

    That's usually what I do.......except no breadcrumbs. icon_wink.gif

I just made this on Sunday night and it was a HUGE hit with everyone in our family! I would have to say it was THE BEST Poor Man's Lobster I've ever had!
