    german mayonnaise & mustard

    Was wondering if anyone knows what kind or brand name of the mayo they use at the imbiss stands on there pom fritz in germany also the good mustard served with there sauages.
    Even a recipe would be nice or a on line way to order these
    items. Hope to get some e-mails

    Many of the stalls or 'Pommesbuden' make their own mayo.

    One of the most popular brands of mustard in Germany is Löwensenf.

    It looks like you can buy it here.

    Beside Löwensenf, there are

    Kühne products (mayonnaise as well as mustard)
    Kraft products (mayonnaise)

    I like the mustard of Löwe and the mayonnaise from Kühne.
