Hey, thanks yall! I really appreciate your help

Thorsten, my Grandmother simply called it Bavarian Salad. That is probably why I had a hard time finding a recipe for it, there are simular recipes but they are called Broccoli Salad Mold.
Well I tried to make it and it didn't turn out right, it was missing something, I never cared for it so I didn't eat it much, I was wanting it to be a suprise for the people who love it, my Aunt being one but I had to call her and ask.
It turns out I was missing an ingredient, there is mayonnaise mixed in with it. My Aunt wasn't exactly sure but she told me the ingredients she remembered and I took it from there. I made it again and once I saw the dirty white color of it and the bits of broccoli I realized that it was right on the money. It is still a simple recipe:
1 can beef consumme
1 10 oz package of frozen broccoli
3/4 cup of mayo
1 packet of Knox original unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of water
Cook broccoli according to package, drain and cool, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water, bring consumme just to a boil and remove from heat, and pour gelatin in stirring for 3 or 4 minutes. I allowed to cool to warm and added the broccoli and mayo, mix well, blending mayo in and pour into a small mold or 9 x 9 pan and chill.
It turned out exactly like her dish.

This is a dish that either you love it or you don't, at our Thanksgiving dinners 1 - 9 x9 inch pan is enough for the people who love it, the rest of us don't eat it.
Thanks again to everyone, I can now make it for our feast
