    Very helpful. Thanks. You might want to check the link for lowfat in less than 30 minutes though, as it didn't work.

    Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
    Hi, I just found this great delicious salmon and penne recipe. It sounds really tasty and salmon is high in Omega fatty acids which we all need included in our diets (one of the better fish to consume as compared to white fish). I'm not sure if this is the section to post lowfat recipes to share?

    This might be a good topic to revamp and update. Since it started in 2005, people might not read the info. included. Also-- Our First Lady is committed to this-- so a great resource is: letsmove.gov !

    http://www.fatsecret.com/ is a great website for calculating your daily intake of calories, fat, protein, carbs, etc. I've added some of my favorite Zaar recipes as my custom foods using the nutrition facts from Zaar. I just joined a couple of days ago so I don't know all the features yet, but I like what I've seen so far.
