    It's a bun, Marsha.....it looks sort of flat doesn't it....they sell them in bakeries here as hamburger buns. It was a great burger icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif !!

    Only thing icon_redface.gif you can't see the sauted onions but... they were "Delicious"!! yummy.gif

    We had Schweinekotelett in Zwiebelsosse (Pork Chops in Onion Sauce) recipe #134993 (by Beck D) with mashed potatoes and peas tonight. Very yummy!

    Hey all, been busy so my apologies to everyone who's recipes I've cooked but haven't photographed! Finally got back to it tonight, and had Nan's Chicken Schnitzel recipe #100005. Made it with fresh parmesan and breadcrums, and it was fantastic. Hope you like the photo!
