OMG!!! This was so good! I have never had Sauerkraut and I started to get nervous while this was cooking.... but OMG this was so good!!! Holy Moly! I had also never had brats or kilbasa before either..... this was a heart nightmare i am sure.... but so worth it!!! The porkchops cut with a fork!!!! And if that wasn't enough pork there was even bacon in it! LOL!!! My mother would have a fit if she found out I ate pork....let alone this dish!!! LOL! Welcome to Germany!!!!!
