Hi - I'm trying to get in early (well, for me anyway) and get organised for Christmas, with regard to doing up a menu. There will only be between 6-10 of us, I'm after breakfast, lunch and something light for the evening . I'm open to all kinds of suggestions. So, If you have any great recipes or cookbooks please let me know. Just a reminder it will be summer in Australia at the time of year. THANKS!!!

Annetty, you've already seen this post in the general forum, but since I knew you were also posting here, too, I thought I would as well.

wave.gif Thanks to everyone who has replied so far (keep them coming icon_lol.gif ). I'm slowly working my way through the cookbooks & recipes - some I've already saved into my Christmas 2005 Cookbook - others have gone into one of the many other cookbooks to try later yummy.gif
