    Hi there,
I'm after a tortilla recipe. There are 2 recipes on Zaar, one uses hasa marisa flour, which I am unable to get, and the other tasted terrible and ended up like shoe leather.

If there is something like a chapati or a 'wrap' that I can put meat and salad into for my girls school lunches that is what I'm after.
    Thanks
    Fiona

    Fiona,
Go to delphiforums.com. Then click on "health/wellness." Then click "Celiac Disease Online Support Group."

There were a couple of recent posts over there about tortilla or wraps. Post your question and someone will answer you shortly. Many of the people there have been doing the GF thing for years and years. There's never a question they can't answer.

They also have info on related health issues, general questions and recipes or questions related to baking. I think it's the best source on the internet for GF living.

We use a soft bean tortilla for my sons lunch, he loves them for roll ups.
