Hi all ~~ I noticed a recipe in the 'Shakes' section the other day.. and the following ingredient was in it:-
    "scifit whey coconut
    > cream pie flavor protein shake mix"..

Does anyone know what this is exactly, and in what retailers it could be found?
Thanks a bunch for any help icon_smile.gif

    Hi Rickie,
The first place I would try would be your local "health food" store, the 2nd place would be a "GNC" store or any store that specializes in vitamins, body building drinks, etc., the 3rd place I would try is "the net". Call them first to save yourself running all over town.

You could probably substitute any "flavored, powdered protien shake mix" if you can't find that one.

GNC gets kinda expensive. I like to order on line, I've used pinsons before, very good
