An older man made this sauce for a crowd of people at a restraunt. It was made of pototes, carrots, onions, celery, spices, tomatoes and I don't know what else went in it. He called it Greek spagetti sauce. It was boilded all down then served on spagetti, it was good. Havn't been able to find anything close to it. Sure would like to find someone that would know something about it. Thank You

Since you can add anything you'd like to a spaghetti sauce, may I suggest you start w/ Evelyn/Athens' Ev's Greek Spaghetti Dinner and tweak it to how you remember the Greek spaghetti sauce you had? Evelyn has great recipes...

    Hope this helps. Good luck!
