With appropriate recipes, I use my crockpots at any time of year. icon_biggrin.gif All my recipes are only recently posted, because I only stumbled upon 'Zaar earlier this year. My very-easy-to-make yummy.gif Crockpot Cherry Cobbler is currently my recipe in the most cookbooks and not yet reviewed. It's in 41 cookbooks, and awaiting review!

I haven't yet made the Vegetable Stock I've posted. I have to get myself organised and remember to save the ingredients. It's an interesting recipe, and nutritonally really sound - and completing different from every other stock recipe I've ever seen. Have a look at it!

    My crockpot recipes:

    Reviewed (one review):
    Slow-Cooked Pork Stew
Crock Pot Low Calorie Lemon Chicken

    Unreviewed:
    Crockpot Cherry Cobbler
    Chocolate Rice Pudding
    Crockpot Baked Apples
Crockpot Herbed Chicken With Sweet Potatoes
    Slow-Cooked Spinach-Stuffed Steaks
    Squash and Apple Bisque
    Vegetable Stock

My favourite crockpot recipe found on 'Zaar is Rita L's Pork pot roast with eggplant, but as I become more familiar with crockpot cooking I'm looking to adapt some other recipes.

I have to work Saturday and Sunday, so I'm going to reward myself on Sunday by making sauerbraten in the crockpot!
