    Low Calorie or Splenda Cookbooks??

    I am an extreme calorie counter, and was wondering if there were any cookbooks that are specifically low cal. I also use Splenda in all my baking, but the substitution gets tricky sometimes and wondered if there were any devoted to Splenda users like me! Thanks!
