I have 1,750 kilos of Pork Ribs that are individual pieces (not short)
Whats a good recipe that does not involve boiling them first I would like to marinade them over night and then grill them .

I don't know if you could "adapt" your ribs to this recipe, but it's absolutely fabulous!

Have you considered a rub instead of a marinade?

    Lemon and Herb Rub
    Jamaican Jerk Rub
    Cajun Rub
    Chili Rub
    Herb Rub
    Chipotle Rub

I would NEVER boil a rib. It takes all the flavor out of them. I wrap mine in 2 layers of heavy duty foil and grill them until mostly done, then remove them to the rack to finish them up. Be careful of any melted fat in the foil when removing. That stuff is hot!
