. . . although I am unsure what to do with my beautiful organic pineapple. I am always so bad at hunting for recipes because I can never make up my mind on which one to try. icon_wink.gif Minimal cooking would be nice. Any recommendations?

OH! Just slice it into rings, marinate in brown sugar and honey and grill until hot.

    Mouth watering...

I have had this recipe in my cookbook for ever. I would love to hear what you think. Sounds so delicious, but sorta scary!

I am not a fan of fresh chilis - only dried and powdered please! I gave it a go with hot powdered chili and rock salt. The salty bit was okay, but I could definately skip the spicy with this one.

That's only my personal tastes though, others seem to have found that recipe quite nice, so please don't let this review sway you off giving it a try anyways! icon_wink.gif
