Anyone know what temp an ABM bakes at?

    Fri Jun 03, 2005 6:06 am Groupie
Heya! I'm prepping for another bake-a-thon this weekend (weather is supposed to rain again and my sister has finals week = could use the pick-me-up). I'm finding lots of great bread recipes, but wanted to use the ABM for some of them that have oven temps / times. Anyone know? Happy Friday!

I've said this before but I freehand all my loaves and shove them onto a hot baking stone in a preheated to highest temp oven(200C/400F). I believe loaves in pans/tins are slightly different so I'd guesstimate 375-350F? icon_confused.gif
