    Meatloaf tonight

    I think Iv'e tried this recipe before from Mable Hoffmans CP cookbook, but not sure. I will make this tonight because I remember that for some reason the meatloaf was100 times better done in the CP than the oven Will let you know how it is.

    I thought the same thing...but DH made a meat loaf using...corn bread stuffing mix (with Poultry Seasoning in it!) it was the best meat loaf....I've ever tasted!!! DH now makes all the meatloaf around here!!!

    I have made many awesome meatloaves in my crockpot. The best one was cooked on top of sliced potatoes and they came out tasting like they were roasted.

    I have used sage in meatloaf.. YUMMY!!!! icon_wink.gif But you know what is really good in meatloaf?? POULTRY SEASONING!! Let me go find the recipe I made by ReeLani that included it...it was soooo good!

    I know it isnt made in a CP but it is sooooo good!
