Hi to everyone out there in Cyber Space.
    I need an answer please.
Does anyone know how to stop my muffins from having sticky tops. This is very annoying, I have even tried sprinkling icing sugar, but this makes them worse.

    Thanks in advance

Take a look at the sticky at the top of this forum called "Instant Cooking Remedies" There is a section there that deals with sticky topped cakes. Perhaps it would apply to muffins as well.

maybe the recipe is made that way. Sometimes if the batter is too liquidy or too much sugar or fruit
