    Different Pan Size

    Tue May 31, 2005 7:49 pm Groupie
I have all the ingredients for recipe #97439 - Cherry Pie Filling Bread but broke my glass loaf pan. I want to 1/2 the recipe and make 1 loaf but since my pan is broken, can I bake this in an 8x8 pan? I know I'll have to adjust the baking time and can test with a toothpick for doneness, it's just the pan size I have questions about. TIA!

That should work. I would expect cook time to be about 25-30 min. icon_smile.gif HTH
