    Cheesecake Flavored FF Jello Pudding!

    Sat May 28, 2005 7:19 am Groupie
Whoooo-Hoo! Anyone seen it yet? Kraft came out with 2 new flavors: White Choc and Cheesecake! I'm wondering if you couldn't use the Cheesecake mix to make a low fat / low call cheesecake? Anyone had any ventures?

I assume you mean the instant?
    We use it in Smoothies.

1 & 1/2 cup fat freet PLAIN yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
1 box fat free , sugar free , instant white chocolate , cheesecake , or lemon flavored pudding mix .

Stir all ingredients with a wire whisk until smooth (mixture will be very thick) . Put in dessert glasses and top with fruit or low fat whipped topping .

This tastes just like cheesecake and even my DH likes this one . I got the recipe at my Weight Watchers meeting . I hope you give it a try , it is REAL good .

I've tested out Cheesecake Jello Pudding in so many different things - and it has been outstanding, so I thought I'd share:

I made a dip/spread with some fresh rasberries, cream cheese, sour cream and Splenda - all mixed with the cheesecake jello mix. Goes well on bagels, cookies.. you name it.

I've added it to a low fat vanilla ice cream recipe for 'cheesecake ice cream!'

There are more that I can't recall at the moment - but I would highly reccomend it!

I've been experimenting with this Jell-o flavor a lot too...I absolutely love it. This is one of my favorite little creations:

Malted Milk Ball Pudding - Sort Of!

Something about the combination of the ingredients really reminds me of a good old malted milk ball or chocolate malt shake. Plus, as an added bonus, its fat free and low calorie. One things for sure though...its really yummy!

Hi and welcome - this thread is from 2005. I had thought that perhaps this flavor was dropped, but I did find it on Amazon,
