I just made this for lunches this week: All White Bean Salad . It is chilling but early tastes are promising. I know there are a lot of recipes for things like this on zaar. Which ones do you love??

Actually it is whatever I throw together.

Yesterday my solution to going to Hershey and eating lunch was to pack it. Got a beautiful over the shoulder case with a zipper compartment for glasses, cheese board, silverware, wine glasses and a cheese knife so I decided to use it.

We had Couscous with asparagus, corn, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes ["Fat free"]. Added some cockatail mushrooms. A couple cocoa covered Almonds each and some fresh sliced mango for dessert.

Tonight is going to be mushroom stuffing with fresh peas and Sundried Tomato fat free dressing marinating the Tofu I add to it.

Sometimes it is a greens salad. It is whatever ingredients I have on hand that sound good when I don't want a lot of work.

That Curried Lentil, Wild Rice and Orzo Salad looks great. I'll have to try that soon!
