My adorable fiance fianally broke down and bought me the Wolfgang Puck 700 watt stand mixer I've been eyeing for ages! I had first seen it on HSN but saw it recently at the Sam's Club. I love it! I'm baking cookies right now! Anyone have bunches of recipes they like to use in their stand mixer? Lemme know! TIA -HP

I use the stand mixer for all recipes. But recipes that involve really sticky dough, things like rich doughs pannettone etc, or ciabatta bread, are a great use for it.

Hp what a wonderful fiance! I use my KA for everything in fact burnt my first one out and just replaced it last year with another one. It is wonderful for breads and cinnamon rolls. I have a recipe posted for cinnamon rolls that uses a stand mixer but you can convert any recipe. Mean Chef's pizza dough is another that I make all the time with my mixer, happy baking!
