    Question:Cinnamon Orange Swirl Bread #47386

Regarding recipe #47386, my DD and I baked it twice and both times came out concaved in the middle. Also, had a strong baking soda or power smell. We did follow the recipe and did not change anything. Can any one help? The bread tasted good. We're in Colorado, should we make any adjustment for the high altitede? Thanks.

I knew I had seen this somewhere--look at this thread
from the bread/baking forum--which I think answers your question.
Glad it tasted good, anyway. icon_smile.gif
