I accidentally bought some pumpkin PIE mix instead of just the pumpkin puree... is there any way that I could still make my pumpkin bread? Any suggestions?

    TIA!

Your talking about the pumpkie pie mix in the can correct? I believe the only difference is there are seasonings already in the can. I believe the pumpkin puree is just water and pumpkin but the pie filling has the cinnamon, nutmeg etc.

Thanks! I guess I'll just try making it without the spices and add the other ingredients!

Yes Heather, you could still use that pumpkin pie mix. I like spice where pumpkin is concerned so I would end up still adding the spices required in the recipe. Sounds yummy! Good luck!
