    Hi,
    Is almond paste same as marzipan....And do you think i will be able to buy it here in london,if it is almond paste coz i have not seen it in the supermarket.
    All the help will be appreciated as i am really cravign for some almond danish i tried at marks and spencers..... icon_cool.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

    Not that I can think of offhand, sorry. I checked Squires Kitchen thinking they might have it but they don't. Why can't you try using marzipan instead? Maybe look for a higher almond content "luxury" brand?
