    Is almond paste same as marzipan....And do you think i will be able to buy it here in london,if it is almond paste coz i have not seen it in the supermarket.
    All the help will be appreciated as i am really cravign for some almond danish i tried at marks and spencers..... icon_cool.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

    Not that I can think of offhand, sorry. I checked Squires Kitchen thinking they might have it but they don't. Why can't you try using marzipan instead? Maybe look for a higher almond content "luxury" brand?

    You could ask in the British Cooking Forum too. You might find people who have come across it there (I can't look everywhere in or around London icon_wink.gif)
