    Pork is marinating.

Tomorrow, I will be making Pork Roast by Mimi Bobeck. I've tried this in the oven; would like to try it in crockpot tomorrow.

I have a 2 pound roast. How long and on what setting?

    TIA icon_biggrin.gif

You should be able to click on your link in your post, then on her name and then it will take you to her "about me" page, where you can e-mail her directly; might be the easiest way. Good luck, hope it turns out good. icon_smile.gif

I can't see why you could not cook it in the crockpot. I marinaded the roast overnight which made it even better. This is a very good recipe.

Let me know how this turns out as I would like to give it a go. 2lb roast is what I would buy to feed the three of us.

    Thanks Kitty

We cook them in the crockpot all the time. The are wonderful!

I cook mine on low for about 6 to 8 hours.

For many years I've cooked my pork roasts ( 2-4 lbs. ) frozen,
in a 6-quart rectangular West Bend Slowcooker,
( with roast on the rack which comes with the slowcooker )
on a high setting for 6 hours.
