    Can someone help:

    Wesper Nester ( wasps nests) recipe I do have the recipe and just to verify, do you chop the nuts before carmelizing with the sugar, or are these glazed then processed then chopped before the final folding into the whites and chocolate.

    Do these come out like flat meringue cookies , so that maybe I can put two together with a coffee icecream and freeze..

    Help would be appreciated.

    Chop nuts first, than caramelize.

    Found those two photos. Decide if they are flat enough for your idea. I would not do it. icon_smile.gif
