    I have cooked frequently with Better Butter #117066, but can you bake with it, things like a banana of pumpkin bread. Since the moisture content is higher than butter itself, when I use it, I decrease the amount of liquid in recipe. I am not a major baker so I need suggestions....did I say that I WANT to use this item to keep fat content down?
