    Dear 'Justcallmejulie';

    I have a recipes which could easily be adapted to wheat flour. Sweet Bread (for Bread Machines) #89166. There is no reason why you would have to use a bread machine for this. You could still put all the ingredients into your Kitchen Aide. I only use my bread machine for making the dough anyway. Bake 350 degrees about 25-30 minutes. I use reconstituted dry buttermilk but you don't have to.

    Wheat Germ Sesame Bread

    It uses wheat flour and honey.

    (See picture of the finished loaf)

    Try my recipe if you like, I do mix it up in my ABM but bake it in the oven, I hate the way the ABM bakes. But love the time I have for other things as the ABM mixes and kneeds the dough.

    Beautiful bread...I saved it to my Commercial Yeast Bread Cookbook here at Zaar. I also prefer to bake my breads in the oven but mix and knead them in the ABM. I love the fact that the machine does all the hard work and I don't have a flour mess to clean up!

    Thanks everyone! I really like making yeast breads but working full time and getting older icon_lol.gif takes a lot out of me so I don't bake as much as I use to. The ABM sure helps a lot!

    This is my family's favorite whole wheat bread. You could brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle with sunflower seeds before baking if you want to. This would work in the Kitchen aid very easily. I actually make a larger version of this recipe - it makes 4 loaves - and use my Bosch mixer to knead it. Basic Whole Wheat Bread
    Let me know what you think if you try it!
