I am terrible at timing.. I have pretzels formed and under a towel, but need to pick up my sister at the airport. Can I leave them to rise for 1.5 hours before coming home to put them in the oven? icon_redface.gif

That might depend on how long they are supposed to rise. If it is longer than needed, put them in the fridge while you are gone and pick up where you left off when you get back.
