    Cooking ground beef in slow cooker -#110329

    This recipe does not say to brown the beef before stuffing into peppers and cooking in the crockpot. Has anybody ever cooked raw ground beef in their crockpot? Or should I brown it first?

    Course you can put raw beef in the CP icon_smile.gif
    meatlaof in the crock is great. Not sure what recipe your talking about, but most recipes (if not all) Ive ever seen for beef in the cp the meat is raw.
