Does anyone know where I can get this, in Paris France?

Surely, they sell cream cheese in France--don't they? Philadelphia Brand is just the company name of one maker of cream cheese in America, Kraft Foods.

Maybe they call it something different over there. It is the creamy, white, soft cheese that cheesecakes are commonly made from.

Cream Cheese is just basically a Neufatchel (sp?) cheese.

They are similar, and interchangeable in most recipes, however neufatchel has about 1/3 less fat than regular cream cheese and is a bit softer in texture.
