I got a wild hair one day and decided to do something deocrative with my bread. I made two batches of white bread, one in which I added 2 tbsp cocoa powder to change the color of bread. Then I just rolled out some 'ropes' and braided the white and brown together then sprinkled oats on top before baking. Turned out really pretty and impressed my guests, I had for dinner that night. I also make twisted rolls, with just one white and one brown 'rope'.
Oh...I made the sausage too icon_wink.gif

Your breads are beautiful! Could you taste the chocolate flavor in the bread? I have heard that it is not noticeable, but I find that hard to believe.

    Thank you.
Nope. The cocoa isn't noticeable in the least.
