What low-carb goodies are you eating tonight?

I'm having roasted pork tenderloin and Just Like Loaded Baked Potatoes

I'm making Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie with lean ground beef, carrots, mushrooms, onions, green beans...yummy!

Couldn't be simpler today, it will be a large plate of leafy mixed herb greens and crumbled feta cheese and salad dressing, perhaps a slice of crumbled pepper bacon too. The dressing is poppy and papaya from Annie's.
My personal emendation of the loaded mocked would be low-fat sour cream, and turkey bacon, but it does look very good icon_biggrin.gif
Oh, Carrie! looks like the link is wrong for yours, it's an 8 layer dip with chips, not what you were talking about at all icon_sad.gif

Whoops! It's fixed. DH said the kids weren't wild about it...but he liked it. I'll try it when I get home!
