Hi all!
I have tried several crockpot recipes (still have to review some of them - naughty me

) and the only one I have made more than once - in all I have made this four times, including twice for dinner parties - to rave reviews all round - is this one by Lennie #16902.....sorry won't link...tried ten times!!
This is the only way I will have pork now. I have changed it a little because instead of chops I use a whole pork roast. I brown the pork before putting it in the crockpot, cut off any pork skin (setting it aside), pop the roast in the pot, smear the mixture on the roast and then whack the cut off skin back on top.
I increased the cooking time to 12 hours on low or 8 hrs (approx) on high. About two hours before the end of cooking I make another lot of the sauce and put it in the crockpot......it mixes with the pork juices and makes the best gravy.
Oh nuts! I am sooooowanting this right now..... drool!!!
