I believe almond bark is a type of candy coating. ? I'm not entirely sure because I wasn't able to find it. For this recipe, I always just use white chocolate or vanilla-flavored candy coating. Works great!

The recipe I make regularly that works so well, an old standby... Sweet and Sour Jelly Meatballs AKA Jelly Meatballs ...or Grapeballs or Those Meatball Things You Make! There are a lot of copies of this old favorite out there, and there's my version. It has a few more ingredients than the usual, but they make these tasty tidbits even more incredibly delicious! If I don't bring these to our gaming sessions, I get glared at.
Other favorites:
Crockpot Southwestern Style Pumpkin Soup Aka Indian Korma Soup #103950 *drool* SO good!
Crockpot Mongolian Style Beef #106335 - an experiment that worked really well!

This is my fav so far. Dh goes crazy over it as well. To Die For Crockpot Roast I've just blown the dust off my crockpots and started using them again.

Looking at that and the ingredients, I can practically taste it already. Yum!
I'd like to try to figure it out without using the commercially produced mixes, though. My husband is sensitive to salt, all of those are loaded with it... hmm...

I've finished shredding it and have the sauce cooking to reduce it. I couldn't resist sampling it after shredding. Absolutely fantastic! I made Simple Marinated Vine Ripened Tomatoes and potato salad to serve with it. The hard part now is waiting until I get back home tonight to be able to eat it!

Slow-Cooker Beef Short Ribs by MizzNezz is fabulous! It tastes like fall apart brisket. It is so tender and the flavor (lips smacking sound inserted here).
