I'm looking for recipes that use mango pulp and Nestle cream with/without vanilla ice cream. Any help will be most appreciated. Thank you!

Assuming that Nestle cream is a whippable cream (otherwise I'm just sort of talking out my hat here), you perhaps could try making a whipped cream with the mango pulp, crushed well or finely minced, added gradually after the cream starts to stiffen. I think it'd make a good topping on a fruit salad. But again, I'm starting on an assumption here.
