    bread machine recipes??

    Mon May 27, 2002 9:18 am Groupie
Hello!! I am just wondering if anyone knows how to convert bread machine recipes to oven recipes. I don't have a bread machine, but would love to try Di's Bread Machine Bacon and Beer Bread. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I would use a whole package of yeast, and dissolve it in the 1/2 cup water (warm). Then add the rest of the ingredients, with the flour being the last addition. Knead well, let rise once, punch down and shape into loaf, let rise again and bake. I usually bake my breads at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Hope this helps. That bread does sound yummy!
