    Actually I'm working off line on a new recipe which I will be posting soon ~ North African Kaftas with orange blossom dipping sauce. Need to iron out the kinks icon_biggrin.gif

    I finally gave up on finding lamb around here and made CG's recipe with beef. It was delicious but I'd still like to try it with lamb if I can ever find it again.

    If DH would just get serious and finally win a lottery I'm moving to a warmer and more cosmopolitan location!

    This morning it's -33, feels like -48 with the wind and our storm door was frozen shut when the girls need to go out for their morning potty. Once DH got the door open there was no wandering around just take care of business and get back in the house. I don't blame them, doubtless the cat is feeling smug this morning, lol
