Haven't seen the cheese. I rarely buy low fat, usually just ricotta and sour cream. But, I don't mind trying something new.

That cake looks delish. I'm not a sweets fan; but, I know a few friends who would devour that!

I've always wanted to know what Monterey Jack cheese tastes like -- it's uniquely American and unknown here! Nice name for the low-fat! I confess I do not buy low-fat products because they always contain other extras ... I prefer the originals!

    Lovely cake!

yep. low fat, fat free products have sugar.. the FF 1/2 and 1/2 does and it's AWFUL!

    This was pretty good.

Monterey Jack is milk, but has a little zing to it. Kind of plain.. try it in enchiladas.
